Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri Tahun 2010

Assalamualaikum Semua,

Pejam2 celik2 esok dah hari raya. Sekejap ja. So di sini saya, Izwan Ahmad serta keluarga ingin mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir Batin kepada semua saudara mara, kawan - kawan, semua umat Islam di seluruh dunia tak kira di mana jua anda berada (kawanku di Madison, Wisconsin tu apa cerita ya, Hehehe).

Pada nonmuslim tu, Happy Holiday lah untuk korang, cuti lama so pi la bercuti kalau korang tak kerja sebab ganti cuti raya kitaorang kan. Opsss. Hehehe. Terima kasih la kalau korang ganti cuti tu, nanti raya korang kami ganti cuti pulak. Tqvm.

Hmmm, tahun lepas tengok video lagu nostalgia Hari Raya. So tahun ni kita dengar lagu raya baru daripada Stacy, Shila, Fara & Leya - Bunga Api Di Hati. Lagu ni agak catchy, first dengar mcm pelik ja tapi bila dengar byk kali macam ok, especially bila part Farah Fauzana (Fafau) nyanyi tu di mana suara dia di'machinized'kan (wujud ka perkataan ini, hehehe). Part Fafau nyanyi juga aku teringat kepada my bff Che Sab di mana karektor mereka hampir serupa. Happy Birthday Raya Che Sab. Hehehe.

Lanryngitis, tussis, pyrexia & cephalgia

Simple explanation of lanryngitis, tussis, pyrexia & cephalgia

Laryngitis is an inflammation of the larynx. It causes hoarse voice or the complete loss of the voice because of irritation to the vocal folds (vocal cords). Hmm actually i think the term that i use in my fb on last sunday was wrong. It should be pharyngitis which means an inflammation of the throat or pharynx. In most cases it is painful and the initial infection can extend for a lengthy time period. It is the most common cause of a sore throat.

Tussis actually is cough which means a sudden and often repetitively occurring reflex which helps to clear the large breathing passages from secretions, irritants, foreign particles and microbes. Frequent coughing usually indicates the presence of a disease. In my case, the cough caused by the pharyngitis that i had and it was productive cough which mean that i cough phlegm or sputum out to clear my throat from the foreign particles etc.

Pyrexia or controlled hyperthermia is a common medical sign characterized by an elevation of temperature above the normal range of 36.5–37.5 °C (98–100 °F) due to an increase in the body temperature regulatory set-point or in a simple word, fever.

A headache or cephalgia is pain anywhere in the region of the head or neck. It can be a symptom of a number of different conditions of the head and neck.
